Within our Mercantile Division are Mercantile Agents, also known as Commercial Agents.  These are people who serve documents, Collect Debts and seize property (repossessions).  We are governed by Queensland legislation.

We have representatives located though out Queensland, servicing all Area's.  We do not maintain an office in all area's, as this is a cost we would have to pass on.

With regards costs we try to keep costs reasonable.  However, for some remote locations we only attend from time to time, and the costs can be quite high.  We negotiate these on a case by case basis.

Some of our staff work from home offices.  Our staff include Ex-Police, Ex-Government Investigators, International Fraud Specialists and Experienced Field Operatives.  Some of our locations also have surveillance vehicles and equipment stored there, other specialist services may work out of the same building.  For security reasons we may not invite you to our offices.

We are a mobile service, traveling to provide assistance to you.  We understand how awkward debt collection may be, how distasteful, how hurtful to small business cash flows it is.  We are here to take over that burden, for you.

Our other Services, under our Investigations Division include Surveillance and Factual enquiries.  We have specialist staff in the area's of Criminal Defence, Civil complaints, Traffic Accidents, Domestic enquiries (cheating, suspicions), Background checks, Resume verification, Missing Persons, and Location of Persons for various purposes.  Our staff are licensed, as is the business.
