We have staff available to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

9am - 12midday Saturday.

This is Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Clients may be provided with emergency contact out of hours details.

Our phone service is also generally switched through to a member of staff after hours. Please note, we do ask that people leave a message if they fail to reach us and we will return the call. 

We do sometimes draw staff from the office to assist us.

Email should be available all hours, as should our fax line.
