Traffic accidents can breed further accidents as people slow to look.  Please, keep your eyes on the road!

RULES

1. Never admit fault.  This may affect your insurance.

2. Never take part in a record of interview, unprepared.  Even an innocent person can give the wrong answers or feel somehow at fault.

3. Contact us, or a solicitor, early if you feel that someone is implying you are in the wrong.

4. Get investigators started on your case early if you, or your family, were injured.  If you feel the incident was caused by another, or if you believe that there may be a court case at some time in the future.

Traffic accident investigation:  To investigate a traffic incident we will record the conditions as they exist, rather than wait years then go back to look.  Roads change, signage changes, marks wear away, tree's grow and buildings are knocked down.  We can record what you could see, what they could see and what conditions are like at the time.  We can look for the other witnesses the police didn't bother with, and record their memories as affidavits, there and then, rather than 5 years down the track when they are hazy memories.  People rely on a police investigation, and expect that the police will record things that benefit them.  Many years down the track is far too late to find out that this didn't happen (it often doesn't get thoroughly investigated or the notes are lost).
