Now, we need as much information as you are able to give us.  The reason we ask for this is because even when supplied with a photograph we may rely on secondary information to confirm the identification.  People often do not look like the photo!! 

Our agents have never seen them before, however, if we know they like to wear jeans, they smoke, they're left handed and always wear a gold chain.....and this all matches the person, as well, then our agent can be reasonably confident they have the right person!

Taking note of registrations of vehicles and identifying features such as stickers or different rims is also important for following vehicles.

We do have many suggestions that may assist you, once you are our client we will be happy to provide tips and suggestions.

Don't be concerned if the form asks you a lot of questions you don't know the answer to, or aren't relevant to you.  It is a long winded form because it is very general.  There are some points marked with an asterisk that must be answered.  Please outline your particular concerns under other at the bottom of the form and we will contact you in the way you have indicated you wish us to.
