Mt Isa and the western corridor towns are no longer serviced by a full time investigator/commercial agent.  We take jobs, and assign staff to attend to them, from Townsville, or incorporate them into tasks requiring travel to the area including Pentland, Hughenden, Richmond, Julia Creek, Cloncurry and Mt Isa, as well as the various mines such as Century, Cannington, Lady Annie, Phosphate and the many others in the metalliferous corridor.

We have agents who are able to attend to document service.  Please be aware that as distances are greater, time frames need to be longer and costs may be higher - this is also reflected in the cost of goods and services in the North West (i.e. fuel and food).

Mt Isa lies in Western Queensland, closer to the Northern Territory than the populated East coast.  It is just under a 1000 km's distance (and over 11 hrs travel time, with breaks) from Townsville, the road would be considered of secondary standard by anyone traveling from a populated area, such as South East Queensland (It is 20hrs travel time, plus breaks, from Brisbane).  In summer it is considered a hostile environment with regards surveillance or recovery operations.
